My passion is connecting people to process. I am a project manager at heart as I love to bring order to chaos hence my business name, Project Rescuers. I find real joy is helping people develop the right systems in their business that enables the full potential of the team members to develop. When the right process are in place, it is astounding to see how deeply people engage and commit to helping the business succeed. I bring to this role an understanding of the business process and human behaviour to create a strong base of human capital. I am a problem solver, a critical thinker and a crisis interventionist. I believe all solutions must be sustainable and co-created so they reflect your needs and are the right solutions for your business.

Part Agency. Part Matchmaker. The Well is an entirely new approach to forging accounting, operations, marketing, advertising, communications and technology relationships. With Canadian freelancers and contractors, we’re the first human-driven marketplace where building trust is a primary focus.
The Well is designed to make things easy for everyone. Trading the usual risks, costs and time in locating and screening specialists for network of available vetted talents, centralized billing, built in contingencies and back-ups to protect everyone's interests with no hidden costs, recruiter fees or organizational retainers.
Since 2014, The Well has been perfecting a proprietary 22 point vetting system designed specifically to identify professional, committed specialists who are building their business with purpose. That means no side hustlers, hobbyists or 'necessity freelancers' in between full time gigs. Specialists who successfully complete this process are designated to one of two rosters - project or fractional - which is proven to make for stronger matches and lasting relationships with their clients.

We provide clients with support and advice, and recommend the best individuals and teams to tackle each job with a look to developing lasting relationships - all for free and without obligation.
