Job Description

Temporary position until the end of September

Are you passionate about customer service and eager to play a key role in the employee experience? Do you enjoy solving problems, providing solutions, and working in a collaborative environment? This position is for you!

You will be the first point of contact for GPC Canada employees, answering their questions and supporting them on a variety of human resources-related topics. You will help create an exceptional employee experience by building strong relationships and providing fast, accurate, and friendly service.

Your main responsibilities:

Respond to employee inquiries via phone or by our ticketing system ServiceNow, providing fast, courteous, and efficient service; Serve as the first point of contact for all HR inquiries, determine the necessary actions to resolve them, and escalate complex situations to Level 2 technicians; Provide clear and accurate information about HR policies, procedures, and processes;

Qualifications

To join our team, you need:

A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service (preferably in a call center). Ability to simultaneously manage multiple systems, emails, and phone calls. Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written, as you will need to collaborate with colleagues and clients across Canada.
