About the role
What you'll do

Design, develop, and deliver wellness-focused content across internal communication channels that align with organization well-being objectives.

Identify relevant wellness topics and produce engaging materials such as presentations, and digital resources.

Collaborate with internal partners to create wellness initiatives, campaigns, and events.

Maintain time and absence policies, ensuring alignment with HR standards, compliance requirements, and best practices.
- Gain a thorough understanding of all employee benefits, retirement and savings and wellness programs.

Serve as a resource for questions related to leave, absence and related HR policies.
- Act as tier 2 support for questions related to all employee programs.

Support administration of employee benefit programs, including:

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

Employee discount programs

Wellness programs and challenges

Monitor program utilization, engagement, and feedback to identify and support continuous improvement.

Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to promote employee programs, drive awareness and increase program utilization.
- Proactively raise concerns to address issues promptly while collaborating with team members to determine solutions.
- Contribute to Human Resource initiatives that strengthen culture, well-being and employee satisfaction.
- Support with benefits cycles such as benefits open enrollment, annual profit sharing payout, vendor coordination, and employee education sessions.
- Support with Benefit and Retirement projects as needed.
What you bring
- Post secondary education in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- Ideal candidate would have 3 - 4 years of experience in Human Resources with a focus on wellness programming, benefits administration, or a related field.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
- Ability to navigate organizations easily, with a commitment to transaction fulfillment.
- Knowledge of benefits, retirement and wellness programs.
- Demonstrated capability of working seamlessly across multiple employee populations.
- Strong ability to collaborate well with others to find solutions.
- Strong organization skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Workday.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to interpret, communicate, and operationalize HR policies.
- Collaborative, proactive, and committed to enhancing the employee experience.

Our typical hiring range is between $64,000.00 - $106,000.00 CAD Annual. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, job-related knowledge, skills and competencies, market location, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements.
