Consultant, Change Management Location: Toronto, ON

Onsite Flexibility: Hybrid — Once per week

Contract Details Position Type: Contract Contract Duration: 16 months (with potential for extension) Pay Rate: C$65.00–C$70.00 / Hour (CAD) Shift / Schedule: 37.5 hours/week, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday Overtime: As per manager's approval

Job Summary As a Consultant, Change Management within the Credit Processing Services (CPS) team, part of Technology Infrastructure and Innovation, you will play a critical role in driving transformation and business effectiveness initiatives across the organization. CPS provides essential support to multiple lines of business, including Corporate, Commercial & Business Banking. Acting as an individual contributor, you will lead the design, planning, and execution of change management strategies to support operational excellence and continuous improvement. You will partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for transformation, assess impacts, and ensure seamless adoption of new processes, technologies, and ways of working. Your expertise in change management will help guide stakeholders through complex transitions, ensuring that business objectives are met and that employees are supported throughout the change journey. You'll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement — details on your on-site and remote work schedule will be discussed at the time of your interview.

Key Responsibilities Lead Change Initiatives: Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans for key transformation projects within CPS, ensuring alignment with business goals and operational priorities and support day-to-day change management team activities. Project Planning & Design: Lead and support project planning, design, and execution activities, ensuring that initiatives are well-structured, resourced, and delivered on time. Also manage intake process and reporting and engage appropriate teams and monitor progress. Process Improvement & Standardization: Identify, recommend, and implement improvements to existing operational processes, with a focus on standardizing activities and leveraging best practices to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and employee experience. Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with external partners as well as internal business leaders, project teams, and front-line employees across CPS and supported lines of business to understand needs, address concerns, and drive engagement throughout the change process. Communication & Training: Design and deliver clear, targeted communications and training materials to support successful adoption of new processes, systems, and tools. Risk & Impact Assessment: Analyze the impact of proposed changes, proactively identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies to ensure smooth transitions. Ensure the change we implement is inclusive in nature and if there is an opportunity it should be scalable too. Continuous Improvement: Monitor the effectiveness of change initiatives, gather feedback, and implement adjustments to drive ongoing improvement and sustainment of change.
