Role Summary The HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) Analyst partners with Human Resources and business leaders to transform workforce data into meaningful insights that drive business decisions, reporting to the VP of HR Operations. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining HR reporting, dashboards, and analytics while ensuring the integrity of employee data and optimizing HR systems. The Analyst identifies trends, provides actionable recommendations, and supports strategic initiatives through accurate, timely, and scalable reporting.

Essential Functions Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for UKG, including system configuration, reporting, security, workflows, testing, and ongoing optimization. Develop, maintain, and automate workforce dashboards, executive reports, and analytics that provide actionable insights for HR and business leaders. Analyze workforce data and trends related to headcount, hiring, turnover, retention, compensation, performance, engagement, and organizational effectiveness to support strategic decision-making. Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and business leaders to understand reporting needs and deliver scalable reporting solutions and data-driven recommendations. Manage UKG system enhancements, upgrades, integrations, testing, and issue resolution to ensure system performance and reliability. Ensure the accuracy, integrity, security, and governance of HR data through audits, validation, and established data management practices. Identify opportunities to automate processes, improve reporting efficiency, and enhance employee and manager experience through HR technology. Support key HR initiatives and annual processes, including compensation planning, performance management, engagement surveys, organizational changes, workforce planning, and compliance reporting. Develop and maintain documentation, reporting standards, and training materials to support consistent use of UKG and HR reporting tools.

Education and Experience

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Experience: 3-5 years of experience administering UKG in an HRIS, HR Technology, People Analytics, or HR Operations environment. Demonstrated experience developing HR dashboards, workforce reporting, and executive-level analytics. Experience configuring HR systems, including security, workflows, reporting, and business process optimization. Experience analyzing workforce data and presenting insights that support business decisions. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with reporting and visualization tools.

Certifications: Preferred: PHR or SHRM-CP highly preferred

Additional Eligibility Qualifications

Required Skills: Advanced knowledge of UKG, including system administration, reporting, security, workflows, and configuration. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret workforce data and translate findings into actionable business insights. Experience developing dashboards, reports, and workforce analytics using UKG reporting tools, Microsoft Excel, and data visualization tools. Knowledge of HR data governance, data integrity, privacy, and security best practices. Strong problem-solving, project management, and organizational skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts and data insights to diverse audiences. Strong collaboration skills with the ability to partner effectively across HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and business leadership.
