About the Role
What you’ll do:
Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume industrial roles Source, screen, and engage candidates in both French and English Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring teams Keep things moving in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment

Required Skills
Bilingual in French and English Experience in high-volume recruiting Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Skills
Experience in industrial recruiting Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Pay range and compensation package
Salary: $55,859 to $74,479 per year
