About the Role NetworkPedia is hiring an experienced Organizational Change Manager to support the Procurement System Modernization Program. This role will lead organizational change initiatives for enterprise ERP transformation by developing change strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, communications, training, and adoption activities that ensure successful implementation and long-term sustainment.
Key Responsibilities Develop and execute organizational change management strategies and plans. Conduct stakeholder identification, stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and readiness assessments. Develop communication plans, communication materials, and executive presentations. Create training plans, user documentation, and adoption materials. Develop resistance management strategies and monitor organizational readiness. Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and executive presentations. Track change KPIs, adoption metrics, and implementation progress. Support ERP implementations, rollout activities, and ongoing business adoption. Collaborate with project managers, vendors, business teams, and executive stakeholders. Leverage AI productivity tools to improve communications and change deliverables.
Mandatory Skills & Qualifications Degree or Diploma in Commerce, Communications, Business, or related discipline. 3+ years of Organizational Change Management experience. Experience developing Change, Communication, Training, and Resistance Management Plans. Experience conducting Stakeholder Analysis and Readiness Assessments. Experience supporting ERP implementations (Oracle, SAP, HCM, Finance, Supply Chain, Payroll). Strong facilitation, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience with MS Project, Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint. Change Management certification (Prosci, APMG, CMI, or equivalent).
Preferred Skills Public sector experience. Oracle ERP / SAP / 1GX experience. AI productivity tools (Copilot, Gemini, NotebookLM). WalkMe or Digital Adoption Platform experience.
