You’ll play a hands-on role in helping candidates be prepared, stay engaged, and succeed. It’s fast-moving, highly repetitive at times, and requires someone who can keep things organized while priorities shift.

A Day in the Life: Recruit for high-volume operational roles including general labour, warehouse, forklift, and manufacturing positions Post jobs, screen candidates, and move quickly from application to placement Communicate with clients on staffing updates, attendance, and day-to-day needs to help keep operations running smoothly Maintain frequent follow-up with candidates to confirm attendance, readiness, and engagement Coach and support temporary workers throughout their assignments Build and maintain active candidate pipelines to support ongoing and peak hiring needs Manage all activity in the ATS to ensure accuracy for payroll, invoicing, and compliance Stay organized and adaptable to manage last-minute changes, shift updates, and urgent client needs
Successful Candidates Will Have: Experience recruiting in high-volume environments (light industrial, logistics, manufacturing, hospitality, or similar) Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with a wide range of candidates Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with constant moving priorities A proactive approach to candidate follow-up and relationship management The ability to stay organized and structured while handling repetitive, high-activity tasks Resilience and a positive attitude when things get busy or don’t go as planned Experience working in an ATS and knowledge of Employment Standards, Human Rights, and Health & Safety practices
