Customer Service Representative
About the role
Job Title: Customer Service Representative Location: Bolton, ON Compensation : $20.30/hour About the Role We are seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join their team as Customer Service Representatives (CSRs). In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, provide exceptional service, and support clients with their needs in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Training and Regular Schedule Duration: 6 weeks Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ( in-person training),after training , schedule will be 11 am to 7 pm Key Responsibilities Handle inbound customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy Provide accurate information regarding services and products Resolve customer issues or escalate when necessary Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems Meet performance metrics and contribute to a positive team environment Qualifications Previous customer service experience (call center or retail) preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills in English Reliable internet connection for remote work Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities Positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent customer service
