What You’ll Do Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders on workforce planning, talent strategies, and organizational design Coach leaders through team dynamics, performance management, employee relations, and engagement opportunities Ensure the consistent and fair application of People & Culture policies, programs, and practices Provide guidance on employment legislation and organizational policies, balancing compliance, risk mitigation, and business needs Partner with leaders to design and implement initiatives that strengthen engagement, belonging, and recognition Support talent and career development through coaching conversations, performance discussions, and learning opportunities Leverage people data and analytics to identify trends, anticipate challenges, and provide actionable insights that inform decision-making Support key moments across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, orientation, internal movement, and offboarding, to ensure a positive employee experience Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance People & Culture service delivery across the organization Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and organizational goals What You Bring 3-5 years of relevant experience in People and Culture (HR) or a similar field Certificate or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. The expected starting compensation for this position is between $79,700 to $84,000 annually, considering factors like experience, skills, and qualifications.
