PrecisionIT is seeking a Change Management Consultant for a 6+ month contract opportunity with our government client in Ottawa, Ontario.

Qualifications: Senior-level organizational change management experience, including change strategy, stakeholder analysis, impact assessment, readiness planning, adoption planning, and change risk management. Demonstrated experience supporting complex, enterprise-wide initiatives with multiple senior stakeholders, workstreams, dependencies, and governance needs. Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to support executive sponsors, VP-level leaders, workstream leads, and cross-functional teams. Strong written communication skills, with the ability to create executive-ready materials, change plans, engagement guides, reporting inputs, and practical tools. Demonstrated ability to operate with cultural humility, sound judgment, discretion, and sensitivity in complex or high-profile initiatives. Ability to identify change impacts, readiness risks, barriers, and mitigation strategies, and to escalate issues constructively.

Assets: Experience supporting Indigenous relations, reconciliation action planning, Indigenous engagement, or related corporate responsibility initiatives. Experience working in or with Crown corporations, public-sector organizations, financial institutions, or regulated environments. Experience supporting executive governance, reporting frameworks, or portfolio/workstream coordination. Bilingualism in English and French. Change management certification such as Prosci, CCMP, or equivalent.
