Soft Skills & Communication Trainer
About the role
We're building a comprehensive Career Readiness & Professional Development Program and are looking for experienced Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop high-quality recorded courses for students and young professionals.
We're Looking For Experts In: 🔹 Soft Skills 🔹Professional Communication 🔹 Interview Preparation 🔹 Resume & LinkedIn Profile Building 🔹 Corporate Etiquette & Workplace Professionalism 🔹 English Accent & Pronunciation
Responsibilities Develop approximately 5 hours of high-quality recorded course content in your area of expertise. Create professional PowerPoint presentations for every lesson. Prepare detailed lecture notes and learner handouts. Design practical exercises, assignments, and assessments. Incorporate real-world examples, case studies, and industry best practices. Ensure content is engaging, structured, and suitable for self-paced online learning.
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (Master's degree preferred). 3+ years of professional, teaching, coaching, or corporate training experience in the relevant subject. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Experience creating online courses or recorded educational content is highly preferred. Ability to present concepts in a clear, engaging, and learner-friendly manner. Professional video and audio recording setup (or access to one) is an advantage. TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification is a plus for English Communication & Accent Training roles.
Position Details 📍 Employment Type: Freelance / Contract-Based 🌍 Work Mode: Fully Remote 💰 Compensation: 20$-40$/hour(based on experience and project scope)
