Through its People, Safety and Culture (PSC) division, the organization is focused on fostering a respectful, inclusive and high-performing workplace culture that supports employees and organizational excellence.About the RoleReporting to the Senior Manager, People, Safety & Culture, the Manager, Human Resources provides strategic and operational human resources leadership across a broad portfolio of HR functions. This role partners closely with leaders throughout the organization to deliver integrated people solutions aligned with the CRD?s strategic priorities, operational objectives and desired organizational culture.  The Manager serves as a trusted advisor to client groups across the organization, providing leadership and expertise in labour relations, talent management, compensation, occupational health and safety, employee performance management, disability and abilities management, policy development, learning and development, HRIS and organizational effectiveness.This is an incredible opportunity for a collaborative and strategic HR leader who thrives in complex, unionized environments and enjoys balancing strategic initiatives with operational support. The successful candidate will contribute to the continued evolution of the CRD?s people practices while helping foster a high-performance, service-focused and values-driven culture. The ideal candidate will hold a degree in human resources, business administration or a related discipline, combined with at least eight (8) years of progressively responsible human resources experience within a unionized environment. An equivalent combination of training and experience may be considered.
