Why this role exists Burnout, low mood, motivation and absenteeism are quietly draining workplaces, classrooms, and communities. Too many organizations know their people are struggling — and still don't have a way to offer real, accessible support. At AWE Digital Wellness, we're changing that. We build coaching, wellbeing, and digital health experiences delivered through the AWE wellness portal — a platform that puts meaningful mental and digital wellbeing support directly into the hands of employees, students, and the people who care for them. We're looking for a Wellness Partnerships Executive to carry that mission into the rooms where decisions get made: HR, People & Culture, and wellbeing teams who are ready to do right by their people. This is a role for someone who can sell with heart — because you genuinely believe in what you're offering. What you'll do Open doors and build relationships • Identify, connect with, and build trusted relationships with corporations, HR leaders, Wellness leads, and People & Culture executives whose values align with our wellbeing mission • Introduce the AWE wellness portal to schools, school boards, after-school and youth programs, NGOs, non-profits, and community organizations • Reach decision-makers through events, email, phone, LinkedIn, and in-person meetings Lead the sale, end to end • Run partnership conversations, presentations, and product demos that show organizations exactly how the AWE portal supports their people • Build and negotiate the framework of partnership and client engagements for approval • Advance warm leads through to signed partnerships and follow up on every qualified opportunity in a timely way Bring wellbeing expertise to the table • Help HR and leadership teams see how our programs support organizational culture, employee engagement, motivation, burnout prevention, presenteeism and psychologically healthy workplaces • Tailor the AWE offering to the specific needs of each organization, sector, and population you serve Own your pipeline • Maintain an organized contact database of executives, HR leaders, and decision-makers — notes, follow-ups, and next steps — using HubSpot and the tools we provide • Share weekly summaries of contacts made, meetings held, and partnerships in progress • Deliver a concise monthly report with results and recommendations for the period ahead
Who you are • A natural relationship-builder who can open a cold door and turn it into a lasting partnership • Experienced in sales, business development, or partnerships — ideally selling into HR, People & Culture, education, or wellbeing (or a strong track record you're ready to bring to this space) • Genuinely motivated by mental health, wellbeing, and human impact — this work means something to you • Comfortable running the full cycle: outreach, discovery, presentation, negotiation, and close • Organized and disciplined with CRM hygiene and pipeline follow-through (HubSpot experience a plus) • Clear, warm, and credible in front of executives, HR leaders, educators, and community partners • Self-directed and reliable in a remote, mission-driven team
