About the role
Act as the main administrator and primary contact for all HR systems platform
System maintenance and support: Oracle HCM Cloud HR Core, Benefits(Life Events), ORC, Talent(EE Lifecycle), analytics & reporting
PCR Updates and sharing with payroll
Manage system data including report generation and maintenance
Audit all employee data in Oracle to ensure data is consistent, accurate and up to date
Monitor and respond to end-user requests regarding system complications or malfunctions
Manage mass data input during large changes, including – but not limited to – restructures, acquisitions
Troubleshoot integration issues and if required work with third-party integration vendor
Monitor interface errors
Creating new job titles
New hire and termination administration - Maintain all records in HRMS and personnel files. Upload and maintain new hires, terminations, adjustments/changes to records including benefit data
Responsible for adding and maintaining new HR content and keeping Tremco HR SharePoint site or digital board up to date
Analyze and audit the data integrity between Oracle and Dayforce
Perform other duties assigned; Areas will include but are not limited to, performance management, training, and compliance, year end and month end support, creating system SOP
Monitor HR inboxes and respond to or route inquiries to the appropriate person; ensure follow up on all questions and work to resolve issues
Qualifications
Bachelor's/College degree in human resources or related field with a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in HR capacity with HRIS background including systems administration. Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Oracle or similar enterprise Ability to keep up with technical innovation and trends in HRIS Analysis Advance skills with Excel, Word, SharePoint Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Bilingual (English/French) is preferred Proficiency in Oracle HCM OTBI Publisher report writing. An understanding of what is going on within Human Resources including experience in employee movement data capture (onboarding, job changes, exiting) and HR record creation, maintenance, and retention. Strong interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. We are hiring for an existing vacant position. The salary range is $60,000-$90,000. Final compensation is dependent upon individual's knowledge, skills, experience, internal equity and market data alignment.
