Data Migration / Conversion Lead
Position: Data Migration / Conversion Lead (Workday) Location: GTA (Hybrid) (TBD) Duration: July 2026 – July 2027 Need : this experience SAP HCM/ sap ECC experience is required to effectively lead this project. Additionally, ADP payroll would be highly desirable as well. Kinectris is currently and SAP ecosystem, so having SAP experience is critical for all candidates. Workday
We're looking for a Data Migration / Conversion Lead to drive Workday data migration activities for a major implementation. This role will lead the end-to-end migration strategy while coordinating business stakeholders, technical teams, and implementation partners. Responsibilities Lead Workday data migration strategy and execution Manage data extraction, cleansing, transformation, validation, mock conversions, and cutover activities Drive data quality, governance, and remediation initiatives Coordinate business users, technical teams, and implementation partners Resolve migration issues and ensure successful go-live Must-Have Skills Extensive Workday data migration experience Strong HR, Payroll, Organizational, and Master Data expertise Data governance, reconciliation, and data quality experience Leadership and stakeholder management Experience leading enterprise data conversion projects
