We are currently seeking our next Senior Advisor, Global Compensation who will serve as a key individual contributor providing strategic guidance and governance on global compensation programs and workforce data. Reporting to the VP, Human Resources and HSE, this role partners closely with HR and Finance to support alignment across compensation strategy, financial planning and workforce forecasting. Acting as a subject matter expert, the role enables informed decision-making through reliable data, thoughtful analysis and scalable processes supporting compensation strategies that attract incentivize and retain talent.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Compensation and Workforce Cost Analysis

  • Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing management of salary structures
  • Conduct market benchmarking and internal equity analyses to ensure competitive and consistent pay positioning
  • Evaluate and refine compensation frameworks to align with business strategy, and local market realities
  • Provide recommendations for HR leadership on salary structure adjustments, pay practices and cost implications

HRIS Systems, Data and Global Projects

  • Support HRIS and data-related initiatives, including system implementation, enhancements, and reporting tools
  • Ensure systems effectively support compensation management, forecasting, and data integrity
  • Establish and maintain global HR standards and controls (headcount, compensation, workforce structure)
  • Drive cross-functional projects across HR, Finance, and IT

Stakeholder Partnership

  • Act as a trusted advisor to HR and Finance leaders
  • Provide guidance on compensation practices, workforce management, and reporting expectations
  • Support alignment between global standards and local needs
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of corporate governance related to HR data and cost transparency

YOUR PROFILE

  • University degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, Analytics, or a related field
  • Minimum 7-10 years in compensation, total rewards, or workforce cost management
  • Proven experience designing and managing salary structures
  • Demonstrated experience with variable pay programs
  • Experience partnering with Finance
  • Track record of supporting HRIS implementations, system enhancements, or data transformation initiatives
  • Deep understanding of compensation principles, including salary structures, pay positioning, market benchmarking, and internal equity
  • Solid understanding of workforce cost drivers and financial planning processes
  • Familiarity with HRIS, payroll systems, and workforce data structures
  • Excellent technology skills, especially with Microsoft Excel
  • Advanced analytical and modeling skills, with ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Demonstrated written and oral communication skills and the ability to communicate with tact and diplomacy
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and support change efforts
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in difficult situations
