Recruitment Coordinator:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Recruitment Coordinator for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.
Recruitment Coordinator - Job Description:
The Recruitment Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting high-volume, cohort-based hiring within the bank’s Advice Centre. The primary responsibility is to coordinate hiring cohort classes, assisting managers with request setup, and ensuring seamless candidate submission and onboarding processes.
Recruitment Coordinator - Responsibilities:
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities for cohort-based recruitment Receive, review, and track hiring requirements to ensure alignment with recruitment timelines and business needs Review and screen candidate submissions Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and requisition data within internal trackers and systems Prepare and submit offers in the Vendor Management System (VMS) Communicate and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to support hiring objectives Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and compliance requirements throughout the recruitment process Provide administrative and coordination support to recruiters, including additional tasks as required
Recruitment Coordinator - Mandatory Skills:
1 – 2 years of experience preferably in recruitment or staffing or related work experience Client service experience and mindset, ideally working with senior managers and leaders in a corporate setting Staffing Agency experience Experience working with Beeline, Fieldglass, or another Vendor Management System (VMS) Experience with recruiting/onboarding in a high-volume environment Excellent English communication skills, both written and video conferencing High attention to detail and ability to prioritize high volume workload
Recruitment Coordinator – Nice-to-Have Skills:
French language skills Problem-solving skills Teamwork abilities Adaptability in a fast-paced environment Experience in a corporate setting
Recruitment Coordinator – Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract position.

Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Hybrid work arrangement with 4 days in the office.
