The role involves managing a distributed team to support global recruitment efforts and improve hiring efficiency across multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities: • Design and implement scalable talent acquisition workflows to streamline candidate sourcing and onboarding. • Lead cross-functional collaboration with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with business needs. • Analyze hiring metrics and performance data to identify process improvements and reduce time-to-fill. • Oversee the deployment and maintenance of applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies. • Manage vendor relationships with staffing agencies and external partners to ensure cost-effective hiring solutions.
