We are seeking experienced career transition professionals to support employees through organizational change across a range of leadership levels. The ideal individual or organization will have proven experience delivering personalized career transition and outplacement services for: Executive leadership. People leaders, including managers and directors. Individual contributors. Desired Experience. Minimum of five years of experience delivering career transition or outplacement services. Demonstrated success supporting executive leaders, managers, and individual contributors through career transitions. Experience supporting organizational restructuring, workforce reductions, or large-scale organizational change. Strong coaching, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. Professional certification in coaching, career development, counselling, human resources, or a related discipline is an asset.
