Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate activities related to recruitment and onboarding to attract and retain the best talent. Create and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to organizational needs. Post job openings on various online platforms and social media channels. Source candidates and establish contacts through LinkedIn and other professional networks. Analyze and screen CVs to shortlist suitable candidates. Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability. Organize and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview panels. Participate in other HR projects such as talent and performance management, workplace climate initiatives, onboarding programs, and compensation and benefits strategies. Assist in disseminating clear and engaging communication within the organization to promote HR initiatives and foster a positive work environment. Ensure all recruitment and HR activities uphold the company’s employer brand image and values.
