About the role

The Change Analyst will be on-site 5 days per week in North Vancouver. Candidates not located within commuting distance to North Vancouver will not be contacted at this time.

Our client is seeking a collaborative and proactive Change Analyst to support the successful delivery of strategic IT and business transformation initiatives. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring organizational changes are effectively planned, communicated, and adopted by partnering with project teams, business stakeholders, and leadership. You will leverage established change management methodologies to minimize disruption, maximize user adoption, and help embed sustainable change across the organization. Responsibilities Develop and execute organizational change management plans that align with project objectives, drive user adoption, and achieve established change success metrics. Conduct change impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, and readiness assessments while developing strategies to support successful implementation and long-term sustainment. Partner with project teams, business leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to align project goals with operational priorities and ensure organizational readiness for change. Create and deliver effective change communications, training plans, stakeholder engagement activities, and adoption initiatives to support employees throughout the transition process. Monitor change adoption through KPIs, reporting, feedback, and performance metrics, identifying risks, resistance, and opportunities for continuous improvement while recommending corrective actions. Support post-implementation activities by reinforcing change, monitoring adoption, addressing regression, and helping ensure new processes, technologies, and organizational changes become embedded within day-to-day operations.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Management Information Systems (MIS), Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 3–5 years of experience in organizational change management, project management, organizational development, or business transformation within a corporate environment. Change Management Certification (such as Prosci, ACMP, or equivalent Change Practitioner certification) is required. Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices, with experience conducting impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications, and training initiatives. Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate effectively across all levels of an organization. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with experience managing multiple priorities, interpreting adoption metrics and KPIs, and making data-driven recommendations to improve change outcomes.

Pay: $60-70 per/hour incorporated depending on experience On-site 5 days a week
