About the Role This is a true 360 Recruiter position where you'll manage the entire recruitment lifecycle while actively developing new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, placement, and onboarding candidates. Identify and pursue new business opportunities throughout Hamilton and the surrounding areas. Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person client meetings. Build, maintain, and grow strong relationships with new and existing clients. Understand client hiring needs and provide customized staffing solutions. Present recruitment services and assist with negotiating service agreements. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and ongoing account management. Maintain regular communication with clients and candidates throughout the hiring process. Achieve monthly recruitment and business development goals. Maintain accurate records of recruitment activity, sales efforts, and client interactions within the CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful fulfillment of client staffing requirements.

Qualifications 0–3 years of experience working in a staffing agency environment. Previous experience in recruitment, business development, account management, sales, or another client-facing role is an asset. Comfortable with cold calling, networking, and conducting in-person client meetings. Strong understanding of the full-cycle recruitment process. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
