We are seeking a highly analytical Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Executive with a strong understanding of European diversity legislation, inclusive workplace practices, and international HR standards. This is not a general HR role—we are looking for a professional who can translate legislation into measurable policies, data-driven initiatives, and organizational impact. Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, HR Compliance, Employee Relations, or Organizational Development within the EU or supporting EU-based organizations. Strong knowledge of EU anti-discrimination legislation, equality directives, workplace inclusion principles, GDPR as it relates to HR data, and employment compliance. Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
Technical Requirements (Mandatory) Applicants should demonstrate practical experience in the following:
Designing and implementing DEI policies aligned with EU Equal Treatment Directives, accessibility principles, and inclusive recruitment frameworks. Building DEI dashboards using HR analytics (Power BI, Looker Studio, Excel, or similar) and interpreting workforce diversity metrics to support executive decision-making. Conducting diversity impact assessments, policy audits, pay equity analysis, and inclusive hiring reviews while ensuring compliance with EU employment regulations.
