How You’ll Support the Team In this role, you will provide consultation services in relation to talent acquisition strategies and programs, with the following accountabilities: Provide strategic consultation on talent acquisition, including sourcing, recruitment marketing, and workforce planning. Partner with leaders to assess hiring needs and deliver targeted strategies, focusing on hard-to-fill roles. Enhance recruitment and hiring processes to improve candidate experience and employer reputation. Champion the employer value proposition and strengthen employer brand. Leverage social and digital tools to attract and engage diverse talent. Optimize the careers website and e-recruitment practices to support efficient hiring. Build partnerships and lead outreach initiatives to expand and diversify talent pipelines. Support workforce planning, early talent programs, and key talent acquisition projects.
