What You'll Do Identify and research potential business clients Reach out to companies through cold calls, emails, and networking Visit businesses in person to introduce our staffing services Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients Schedule meetings and present our staffing solutions Follow up with leads and manage your sales pipeline Work with our recruitment team to match clients with qualified candidates
What We're Looking For Sales or business development experience is an asset Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable making cold calls and generating new business Self-motivated with a positive attitude Organized and goal-oriented Valid G driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Willing to travel throughout the GTA to meet clients
