About the Opportunity KingSett Capital is seeking a Manager, Talent Acquisition to join our People & Culture team. Reporting to the Vice President, People & Culture, this role will be responsible for leading and executing corporate recruitment across the organization. This individual will serve as a trusted partner to business leaders, providing recruitment expertise, market intelligence, and strategic guidance to help attract and secure top talent. In addition to managing full-cycle recruitment, the role will drive talent acquisition initiatives and optimize recruitment processes.

Role Responsibilities Lead full-cycle recruitment for a wide range of roles across the organization. Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, workforce plans, and hiring priorities, translating them into effective recruitment strategies. Develop, review, and refine job descriptions to ensure alignment with business requirements, role expectations, and market standards. Build and maintain sustainable talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles by cultivating relationships with passive candidates and external talent networks. Screen, interview, and assess candidates, providing hiring managers with informed recommendations and insights to support effective hiring decisions. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through proactive, timely, and transparent communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders by providing market intelligence on talent availability, competitor activity, compensation dynamics, and hiring trends to inform workforce planning and hiring decisions. Partner with external recruitment agencies and search firms, when required, to ensure service quality and alignment with hiring objectives. Support the recruitment and delivery of KingSett’s internship program, employer branding, and other talent attraction initiatives. Track, analyze, and report on key recruitment metrics.

CANDIDATE PROFILE 7+ years of recruitment experience within an in-house talent acquisition or agency environment. Experience recruiting across finance, operations, and corporate functions, with real estate industry recruitment experience considered an asset. Experience recruiting across all organizational levels, from entry-level to senior leadership positions. Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to build relationships internally and externally. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage competing priorities while delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS platforms, and recruitment technologies (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).

COMPENSATION Base salary range of $100,000 - $130,000. Total compensation includes salary, variable discretionary bonus, benefits and other perks.
