About the role Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join Kerry’s team. This role serves as a trusted advisor, working with senior leaders, hiring managers, and HR to support effective hiring across the region. Key aspects include managing multiple recruitment projects, building stakeholder relationships, and addressing future talent needs. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will lead the full recruitment process for various roles, deliver market insights, and help strengthen Kerry’s employer brand. Responsibilities also include sourcing candidates, screening and interviewing, managing offers, ensuring a strong candidate experience, staying updated with industry trends, and supporting diversity and inclusion. Key responsibilities Partner with senior stakeholders and hiring managers to understand business priorities, workforce needs, and role requirements, providing expert advice on talent strategy, sourcing approaches, and market conditions. Lead the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across a broad portfolio of professional, technical and leadership roles, including role scoping, sourcing, assessment, selection, offer management and candidate acceptance. Proactively source, headhunt and build talent pipelines using multiple channels, including direct sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals and targeted attraction campaigns. Deliver high-quality candidate assessment using structured and competency-based interviewing techniques, ensuring fair, consistent and objective hiring decisions aligned to Kerry’s hiring standards. Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, sharing real-time market intelligence, talent availability insights, diversity considerations and hiring risks or opportunities. Build and maintain strong external networks ensuring Kerry is positioned as an employer of choice and external recruitment agencies are effectively managed where required. Ensure accurate and timely management of requisition and candidate data within Kerry’s Applicant Tracking System (SuccessFactors), and act as an expert user of recruitment technology (i.e. Phenom, LinkedIn, etc.) supporting reporting, compliance and audit requirements. Actively promote Kerry’s employer brand by representing the organization professionally and consistently across all candidate, stakeholder and market interactions. Ensure job postings are aligned to Kerry standards as well as ensure they are shaped and promoted in a way that ensures the greatest visibility and attraction across all potentially interested candidate pools. Contribute to regional or global talent acquisition projects, continuous improvement initiatives and ad hoc assignments as required. Required Experience & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience. Minimum of 4–5 years’ progressive experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with demonstrated experience operating at a Recruiter level. Prior in-house, RPO/agency experience and work within a matrixed organization preferred. Proven experience recruiting across multiple countries and/or provinces within Canada (broader North America preferred), with an understanding of regional labor markets, hiring practices and compliance considerations. Strong proficiency in competency-based and structured interviewing methodologies. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, deliver results with urgency, and operate with a high level of organization and attention to detail. Fluent in French and English with crisp verbal and written communication skills The pay range for this position is 70,000- 105,000 CAD in Annual Salary. Kerry typically does not hire an individual at the top or near the top of the range, as we are a pay-for-performance company, and this range is set to continue to reward performance annually while in role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate within the above range may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and Location. In addition, this position is also eligible to earn a performance-based incentive compensation.
