Role Overview: We are hiring for a client seeking a HR Documents Specialist (French) to work on a contractual basis. This role involves reviewing, drafting, and organizing French-language HR documentation for global workforce compliance. The work supports cross-border employment structures and ensures adherence to international labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities: • Review and validate French-language HR contracts, offer letters, and policy documents for completeness and legal accuracy. • Draft and localize French-language employment documents in alignment with local labor laws and client standards. • Coordinate with legal and HR teams to ensure documents meet compliance requirements for remote workforce operations. • Maintain organized digital filing systems for all HR documentation in French and English. • Provide guidance on French-language HR documentation best practices for international hiring scenarios.
Required Skills & Qualifications: • Fluency in written and spoken French, with native or near-native proficiency required. • Minimum of 2 years of experience drafting or reviewing HR documents in French, including contracts and policy materials. • Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret legal and regulatory language in employment documents. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and document management platforms for HR records. • Experience working in multinational HR environments or with remote workforce compliance documentation.
