Human Resources & Administrative Specialist Location: North Bethesda, MD (On-Site) Job Type: Full-Time Company Description DMV Gates & Security Solutions is a leading provider of custom gate automation, access control, perimeter security, CCTV, crash-rated vehicle barriers, fencing, and integrated security solutions serving federal, state, municipal, commercial, industrial, and residential clients across the United States. Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and hiring. Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, and personnel records. Maintain HR documentation and support employee relations. Assist with performance management, benefits, and HR compliance. Recruitment & Partnerships Build relationships with universities, colleges, technical schools, and staffing agencies. Coordinate career fairs, internship programs, and recruitment initiatives. Promote job opportunities across multiple hiring platforms. Administrative Support Provide administrative support to management and daily office operations. Prepare reports, correspondence, presentations, and meeting minutes. Manage document filing, printing, scanning, scheduling, and office records. Compliance & Office Operations Maintain confidential employee files and compliance documentation. Coordinate background checks, employment verification, and notarization when required. Welcome applicants and visitors while supporting company-wide administrative projects. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). 2+ years of HR, recruiting, or administrative experience. Experience with recruitment, onboarding, and employee records. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and HR software is an asset. Experience in construction, manufacturing, engineering, or government contracting is a plus.
