Job Duties

This position exists to perform webmaster duties for the division’s website, as well as various administrative and support services to the entire division, including procurement activities. Other job duties include:

Author, edit and produce appropriate documents for website content. Plan, schedule and compile data for customer surveys. Create, maintain, and update electronic files/listings critical to the division. Schedule interviews/meetings, perform employment verifications and distribute personnel documents. Perform back up duties for the service line, offices services supervisor HR duties, procurement services for goods, services and supplies for Facilities

Minimum Qualifications

One (1) year of technical/administrative experience editing, writing, and producing technical or journalistic documents. Customer service/interpersonal skills experience, with the ability to work collaboratively and effectively with a diverse range of staff and customers. Keyboarding/typing and data entry skills sufficient to perform skilled typing tasks with speed and accuracy. Proficiency and experience with a variety of software applications such as: Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook Publisher, SharePoint and Visio. Ability Perform effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism, flexibility, courtesy, and a positive attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

Desktop publishing and website software such as Dreamweaver, Adobe Photoshop and Acrobat Pro. Experience with software such as SNAP, Archibus Management software, and SWIFT. ALP certification to purchase up to $25,000. Must successfully complete ALP certification within first six months of employment.
