About the role
Reporting to the Director of Operations & Administration, the Accounting, Office & HR Administrator position will be responsible for performing all aspects of accounting, office and HR administration for the GTAP facility in a timely manner.
Golden Town Apple Products is an apple juice production facility located in the beautiful Blue Mountain region of the Georgian Bay, Ontario.

Key activities
Manage accounts receivable and payable, including the apple reception program.
Perform all payroll functions (weekly input, vacation tracking, reporting).
Act as the on-site HR contact (recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, discipline).
Maintain employee files and training records.
Handle WSIB reporting and claims.
Coordinate IT equipment and liaise with corporate IT.
Oversee office supply purchasing and inventory within budget.
Perform reception duties and ensure professional front-desk operations.
Prepare export/import documents.
Maintain organized filing systems (electronic and paper).
Coordinate shipping/receiving of packages and samples.
Assist the organization of various meetings and events.
Required training and experience
Completion of Grade 12 High School or equivalent.
Post-secondary education or equivalent training in area of Accounting, Office and/or Human Resources Administration.
Minimum 2 – 3 years experience in a similar position.
Skills sought
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to problem solve.
Ability to prioritize and multitask.
Specific condition to the position:
Additional hours may be required during peak production periods.
