We are looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our team and play an important role in supporting employees, managers, and day-to-day HR operations across the organization. What You?ll Do:

  • Assist Full-Cycle Recruitment & Onboarding: Coordinate the full employee hiring and onboarding experience including recruitment support, candidate screening, interview coordination, employment documentation, orientation planning, and seamless new hire integration.

  • Support Employee Experience: Act as a trusted HR resource for employees and leaders by supporting employee relations, offboarding processes, exit interviews, and employee engagement initiatives that contribute to a positive workplace culture.

  • Coordinate Performance Management: Support organization-wide performance review processes, peer feedback initiatives, development planning, and employee learning opportunities while providing leaders with administrative and reporting support.

  • Support HR Administration & Payroll Support: Maintain accurate employee records, support payroll administration through timesheet and data reviews, prepare employment-related documentation, and assist with benefits administration and HR reporting.

  • Ensure Compliance & Accuracy: Support compliance with employment legislation, company policies, HR best practices, and health and safety requirements while maintaining highly confidential employee information with professionalism and discretion.

  • Drive HR Operations & Continuous Improvement: Assist with HR projects, policy and handbook updates, organizational reporting, staff communications, and process improvements that support operational efficiency and organizational growth.

  • Collaborate Across the Organization: Partner with leaders and employees across departments to support business objectives, strengthen communication, and contribute to a collaborative and people-focused environment.

We?re Looking for Someone Who:

  • Diploma or post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

  • Minimum 1?3 years of experience in an HR administrative or coordination role preferred.

  • Basic understanding of Alberta employment standards and HR best practices.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive working relationships at all levels of the organization.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.

  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment.
