What You'll Be Doing No two weeks look exactly the same.

One day you might be helping a client find their next important hire. The next day, you could be attending a networking event, brainstorming marketing ideas, building relationships on LinkedIn, or helping us create a better experience for candidates and clients.

Some of the things you'll get involved in:

Client Services and Recruitment Operations Work alongside and support our Director of Operations in day to day responsibilities Helping coordinate active hiring projects Keeping client and candidate information organized and up to date Assisting with interviews, scheduling, and project coordination Helping ensure every client receives an exceptional experience

Growing our Community Footprint Attending networking events, conferences, and community gatherings Supporting marketing campaigns and outreach initiatives Helping us build awareness of the BackStretch brand Identifying opportunities to strengthen relationships and create growth Representing BackStretch in a positive and professional way

Bonus Points If You Have Direct Experience in recruitment and understanding of Linkedin Recruiter, ATS, etc. Experience in customer service, hospitality, events, sales, or marketing Experience using LinkedIn professionally A knack for making people feel comfortable and welcome

Details $50,000-$60,000 annual salary, depending on experience Hybrid work environment; primarily working from home, with in-person events and occasional meetings
