Job Description

The Opportunity**.**

At Isaac Operations, our Campus Program attracts a high volume of exceptional student talent each year through a robust and highly structured selection process. We’re looking for a Campus Selection Coordinator to help ensure our candidate experience is seamless, efficient, and exceptionally well-executed.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments and has a strong eye for detail. You’ll play a key role in managing candidates through multiple stages of assessment while helping coordinate and execute our flagship Selection Day experience.

What You’ll Do**.**

  • Manage candidates through various stages of the campus selection process within our ATS

  • Coordinate and administer assessments including cognitive testing, video interviews, and interview scheduling

  • Support the planning and execution of Selection Days, including logistics, scheduling, candidate communication, materials preparation, and on-site coordination

  • Help facilitate a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and efficiency across all candidate workflows and selection activities

  • Partner with recruiters, interviewers, and hiring stakeholders to keep processes moving effectively

  • Monitor candidate progress and proactively identify gaps, bottlenecks, or process issues

  • Maintain strong attention to detail while managing a high-volume pipeline

  • Support reporting and tracking related to campus recruitment activity and selection outcomes

Qualifications

What You Bring**.**

  • 1-3 years of experience in recruitment coordination, talent operations, campus recruitment, HR coordination, or a related field

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Comfortable working within structured processes and systems

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience working with an ATS and recruitment tools

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset

  • Ability to remain highly accurate and efficient while managing high candidate volume

  • Experience coordinating events, interviews, or assessment processes is considered an asset
