Job Title: People Analytics Advisor Location: Montreal (Onsite Day 1; 3 days/week in office) Job Type: Contract (Fixed-Term until November 30) Experience Level: Senior / Expert (Level 5 equivalent)

Role Overvie wWe are seeking a highly analytical and business-focused People Analytics Advisor to partner with cross-functional teams and deliver data-driven insights that inform workforce and talent strategies .This role sits within the HR analytics function and plays a critical part in translating complex people data into meaningful narratives that support strategic decision-making .Key Responsibilitie sAnalyze workforce data to uncover actionable insights aligned with business and talent strategie sDevelop clear and compelling data narratives using visualization tools and presentation format sPresent insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders and business leader sMonitor workforce trends and provide timely, data-driven updates on key talent metric sIdentify gaps and inefficiencies in HR processes and recommend optimization strategie sSupport analytics initiatives across key areas including :Workforce strateg yEmployee engagemen tDiversity & inclusio nTalent lifecycle managemen tEnhance reporting capabilities to improve self-service analytics and automatio nCollaborate with business and HR teams to understand needs and deliver impactful insight sRequired Skills & Qualification sMust-Have Skill sStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex dataset sAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, data analysis )Proven collaborative mindset with experience working across teams and stakeholder sAbility to translate data into actionable insights for business decision-makin gStrong data storytelling and presentation skills (PowerPoint )Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tool sNice-to-Have Skill sExperience leveraging AI tools for data analysis and insights generatio nUnderstanding of HR processes including performance management, promotions, and employee engagemen tKnowledge of basic statistical methods (trend analysis, correlation, regression )Key Competencie sData storytelling & visualizatio nStakeholder management & influenc eStrategic thinking & business acume nCommunication & presentation skill sAttention to detail with a results-oriented mindse tWhat Success Looks Lik eAbility to convert complex data into clear, business-relevant insight sDeliver impactful recommendations that influence workforce and talent decision sBuild strong partnerships with stakeholders through trusted analytics advisor yEnable better decision-making through insightful reporting and dashboard
