This role is primarily focused on designing and facilitating instructor-led soft skills and leadership development programs rather than technical training or e-Learning development.

Key Responsibilities Design and develop instructor-led soft skills training programs focused on leadership, communication, teamwork, coaching, change management, customer focus, and workplace effectiveness. Create facilitator guides, participant workbooks, activities, case studies, and other classroom learning materials. Deliver engaging classroom and virtual workshops using interactive adult learning techniques. Facilitate learning experiences for team members and leaders across the organization. Partner with business leaders to identify capability gaps and develop learning solutions that support employee and leadership development. Apply adult learning principles and facilitation best practices to create engaging and impactful learning experiences. Measure training effectiveness and continuously enhance content and delivery based on participant feedback and business needs.

Qualifications & Experience 3–7 years of experience in training, learning & development, leadership development, facilitation, adult education, or a related field. Demonstrated experience designing and facilitating soft skills and leadership development programs. Strong classroom and virtual facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences. Experience facilitating workshops for supervisors, managers, and senior leaders. Experience creating facilitator-led training materials, participant guides, workbooks, and learning activities. Proven ability to translate business needs into practical and engaging learning experiences. Experience facilitating leadership, communication, coaching, customer service, or team development training. Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Experience with virtual learning platforms and learning management systems. Experience in operational, supply chain, logistics, or corporate environments an asset.
