Description

About you:

You are a proactive, organized recruiter who enjoys building strong relationships and moving quickly without sacrificing quality. You’re detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable partnering with hiring managers to fill high-volume technician roles in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment. You care about candidate experience, strong execution, and helping teams hire the people they need to keep production moving.

What you’ll do:

Manage full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing, operations, and other high-volume or hard-to-fill roles. Partner with hiring managers to understand needs, define role requirements, and develop effective hiring plans. Source and engage candidates through direct outreach, referrals, job boards, networking, and community channels. Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, and keep the process moving smoothly. Build strong pipelines for current and future manufacturing hiring needs. Track recruiting activity, maintain accurate ATS data, and support hiring metrics and reporting. Help improve recruiting processes, tools, and candidate experience. Collaborate closely with HR and cross-functional partners to support workforce growth.

What you’ll need:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 2–5 years of recruiting experience, preferably supporting manufacturing, operations, technical, or high-volume roles. Experience managing full-cycle recruiting and working closely with hiring managers. Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills. Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities at once. Familiarity with ATS systems and standard recruiting workflows. Experience recruiting for manufacturing technician, production, quality, supply chain, or technical operations roles. Agency recruiting experience is required, ideally supporting manufacturing or technical roles. Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative, evolving environment with a high level of ownership. Bonus Points Background in medical devices, biotech, life sciences, or regulated industries. Experience supporting employer branding, recruiting events, or local talent community outreach. Interest in process improvement and building scalable recruiting practices. Appreciation of puns.
