HR Relations Manager – Contingent Workforce Program (Beeline)

Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a HR Relations Manager – Contingent Workforce Program (Beeline). This position involves fostering strong partnerships with key business units and staffing providers to optimize workforce capabilities, report on program performance, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
Manage relationships with three priority Strategic Business Units (SBUs), maintaining engagement across all seven SBUs Conduct monthly meetings with senior business leaders (Sr. Director and VP) to identify workforce priorities and hiring trends Gather and translate workforce plans into actionable insights for staffing suppliers Track key metrics such as headcount, program spend, leave savings, rebates, and program utilization Promote program participation by communicating benefits like rebates and cost savings Prepare executive summaries and program performance reports for leadership review Serve as primary contact for staffing suppliers, managing performance feedback and program communication Facilitate quarterly supplier reviews to evaluate performance and align on hiring needs Monitor supplier KPIs including quality of talent, rate adherence, time-to-fill, and compliance with guidelines Recommend adjustments to rate cards based on market and performance data in collaboration with MSP partners Address non-compliance issues with suppliers and work toward resolution to maintain program integrity Consolidate business and supplier data into comprehensive performance narratives Support the preparation of risk assessments, program health reports, and strategic insights linked to financial outcomes
Desired Skill-Set
5+ years of experience in relationship management, contingent workforce, staffing, procurement, or related fields Skilled at managing and influencing senior stakeholders (Sr. Director, VP-level) without direct authority Excellent communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear narratives Proficient in building PowerPoint presentations and executive summaries Capable of managing multiple stakeholder relationships with professionalism and tact Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with trend analysis and risk flagging abilities High level of discretion when handling sensitive data
Nice to Have
Familiarity with Vendor Management Systems (VMS), especially Beeline Understanding of contingent workforce programs, MSP models, or staffing industry dynamics Advanced Excel skills for reporting and data analysis Background in HR or related fields
