Remote Virtual Interviewer & Driver Onboarding Specialist
About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and clear-speaking Virtual Interviewer & Driver Onboarding Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will manage our hiring funnel by responding to Indeed advertisements, scheduling applicants, and conducting live virtual interviews. Your main objective is to guide applicants through downloading our mobile app, starting their registration, and explaining how driving with us works.
This position requires high-volume communication, meticulous data tracking, and a professional on-camera presence.
Key Responsibilities
Ad Response & Scheduling: Monitor incoming applications from Indeed, manage the interview schedule, and ensure a steady pipeline of candidates.
Virtual Interviews & Onboarding
Conduct live video interviews daily, welcoming and thanking applicants for their time.
Explain the role clearly (informing applicants they will operate as independent drivers).
Securely guide candidates through the live app download process on their mobile devices.
Walk them through initial registration steps (entering Name, Address, Email , Date of Birth, etc.).
Provide a clear overview of how the platform operates once the initial registration steps are complete.
Metrics & Performance Tracking: Keep meticulous daily logs tracking the exact number of applicants spoken to versus the number of successful app downloads achieved.
Quality Assurance: Maintain professional standards at all times, as all video calls and communications are monitored and recorded for quality control.
Shift, Schedule, & Compensation
Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST)
Days: Monday through Friday
Trial Period: There will be an initial 2-week trial period to evaluate performance, tracking accuracy, and conversion metrics.
Location: 100% Remote (Work from home)
Required Skills & Qualifications
Language Proficiency: Fluent spoken English with a neutral, clear accent for seamless communication with U.S. applicants.
Communication: Excellent phone and video communication etiquette; comfortable being on camera all day.
Experience: Direct experience making outbound calls or interacting professionally with U.S.-based businesses or individuals.
Technical & Workflow Aptitude
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable navigating CRM systems, tracking data, and following structured interview scripts.
Workspace Requirements: A dedicated, quiet workspace free of background noise, a reliable computer, a high-quality headset, and a rock-solid internet connection.
Preferred Experience (A Plus)
Cold calling, appointment setting, or lead generation.
Customer service, sales support, or Virtual Assistant experience.
Prior experience in healthcare outreach or workforce development sectors.
