Fuze HR Solutions is hiring a Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) on behalf of a high-growth organization seeking experienced HR leadership during a leave of absence.

Contract: 3 months-6 months

Pay Rate: $48.08–$52.88/hour This is a hands-on opportunity for a seasoned HR professional who enjoys building structure, strengthening compliance, and partnering with leaders in a fast-paced environment. You will take ownership of employee relations, health & safety governance, policy and SOP development, and compliance reviews across multiple Canadian provinces.

What We're Looking For 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including experience as a Senior HRBP or HR Manager Strong employee relations and workplace investigation experience Health & Safety administration and governance expertise Proven track record developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and SOPs Solid knowledge of Canadian employment legislation, including multi-provincial experience CHRP or CHRL designation is considered an asset Bilingual French/English is a strong asset (Montreal hybrid option available)

Work Arrangement Hybrid schedule – minimum 1 day per week in-office Office location: Markham, ON (Montreal-based candidates may also be considered) Standard hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
