About the Opportunity The HR Delivery Analyst role is part of a structured 12–18-month rotational opportunity within People & Culture, designed to build the next generation of HR professionals at ENMAX. In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to enterprise HR initiatives. You’ll build a strong foundation across multiple HR disciplines while contributing to meaningful work that supports our people and business. As you move through each rotation, you’ll take on increasing responsibility, broaden your perspective, and develop the skills needed for future growth within ENMAX. You will complete three rotations, each offering unique learning opportunities and increasing responsibility: HR Delivery (6 months) Build your foundation by supporting project delivery, contributing to cyclical HR activities, and gaining exposure across core HR Delivery disciplines. Total Rewards / HR Operations (6 months) Develop your technical capability through project ownership and operational support, while building a strong understanding of Total Rewards and HR processes. Third Rotation - (up to 6 months) Tailored to organizational priorities, this rotation offers the opportunity to broaden your experience in areas such as Data & Analytics or other emerging HR focus areas. Major Responsibilities: Own and deliver defined projects while supporting day-to-day HR operations Provide backfill support to HR teams (including Talent Attraction and Total Rewards) to enable senior team members to focus on critical enterprise initiatives Support areas such as Talent Acquisition, Employee & Labour Relations, Total Rewards, and HR Operations through research, documentation, and project coordination Contribute to initiatives such as project delivery, process mapping, Workday updates, and collective agreement implementation activities Prepare reports, summaries, and materials to support decision-making by senior team members Learn through mentorship, job shadowing, and progressively increasing responsibility across rotations Education Required: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field Equivalent combinations of education and progressive HR-related experience may be considered Qualifications & Experience: 3+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources or a related analytical or business role Exposure to HR delivery functions, Total Rewards, or HR operations is considered an asset Experience working with HR systems (e.g., Workday) and Microsoft Office tools Competencies: Learning Agility – Quickly learn new information and apply it effectively Collaboration – Build strong relationships and works well across teams Accountability – Take ownership and deliver on commitments Communication – Clearly convey information and adapt messaging for the audience Problem Solving – Use curiosity, research, and analysis to address challenges Adaptability & Growth Mindset – Stay flexible, embrace change, and is eager to learn ENMAX Values – Safety, Integrity, Accountability, Service, Teamwork, Agility, Innovation Did we mention the ENMAX Advantage? Location: This role will be part of our hybrid (home and office) workforce with office workspace located at ENMAX Place (141 - 50th Avenue SE, Calgary, AB). You will work from home on Mondays and Fridays and in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Note: We have changed the way we connect with our candidates.
