The Senior HR Service Delivery Functional Product Owner is responsible for defining business priorities, shaping solutions, and ensuring HRSD capabilities delivered through ServiceNow drive measurable improvements in service efficiency, employee experience, and adoption. This role serves as the primary functional owner of HRSD platform demand, partnering closely with HRSD Operations, Centers of Excellence, and the HRIT HRSD Technical Product Owner to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions aligned to enterprise service delivery standards.

In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To

Define and prioritize HRSD demand, translating business needs and operational insights into a clear, value-driven functional backlog. Own the creation and refinement of epics, features, and user stories aligned to HR outcomes, including success measures and acceptance criteria. Make trade-off decisions across scope, speed, and experience to maximize the value delivered through HRSD capabilities. Partner closely with the HRIT HRSD Technical Product Owner to ensure backlog readiness, feasibility, and alignment with ServiceNow platform capabilities. Validate delivered solutions against business requirements, ensuring improvements in self-service adoption, Tier 1 effectiveness, and overall service performance.

The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of hands‑on experience leading ServiceNow HRSD as Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Functional HRSD Architect. Hands-on experience working with ServiceNow HRSD (case management, knowledge, employee service center) in a product owner, BA, or functional lead capacity. Proven ability to translate business needs into structured requirements, prioritize work based on value, and operate in a backlog-driven delivery model.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

Leading or supporting enterprise ServiceNow HRSD implementations or enhancements. Agile or product management practices, including backlog management and release cycles. Driving HRSD service model improvements (e.g., Tier 0/1 optimization, automation, AI-enabled service delivery).

The annual salary range this role is $118k-141k CAD. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
