Accountabilities

As a Professional Services Consultant, you will lead customer engagements from discovery through delivery, ensuring successful implementations and strong client relationships. You will combine technical expertise, project management capabilities, and consulting skills to configure solutions, manage expectations, and deliver meaningful outcomes.

Scope, plan, and deliver paid consulting engagements focused on platform administration, configuration, and technical solutions. Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders and translate business needs into clear project plans, statements of work, milestones, and acceptance criteria. Manage projects across HR, IT, Learning & Development, and compliance teams, ensuring alignment, progress, and successful completion. Configure learning management system environments, including user structures, workflows, branding, enrollment rules, and e-commerce settings. Support technical integrations involving data migration, single sign-on solutions, APIs, and scheduled data feeds. Manage multiple concurrent projects while tracking timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables. Create and maintain project documentation, including configuration records, decision logs, and transition materials. Provide internal consulting support on platform administration, reporting, and data-related questions.

Requirements

The ideal candidate brings a combination of SaaS consulting experience, technical knowledge, and strong stakeholder management skills. You should be comfortable working independently, managing multiple priorities, and translating technical concepts into business solutions.

3+ years of experience delivering client-facing projects in professional services, consulting, SaaS implementation, or learning management administration. Hands-on experience administering a commercial learning management system or similar enterprise platform. Proven ability to manage multiple projects with different timelines, budgets, stakeholders, and delivery requirements. Working knowledge of single sign-on technologies such as SAML 2.0 and OIDC, REST APIs, and flat-file data integrations. Experience working with data reporting, validation, imports, and communicating insights to non-technical audiences. Familiarity with e-learning standards such as SCORM, xAPI, or AICC, as well as HRIS/HCM integrations, is an advantage. Experience with project management methodologies or certifications such as PMP or CAPM is a plus. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. Strong communication, problem-solving, organization, and client relationship management skills.
